APEC Finance and Development Program 2002 Annual Forum was held by Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing on May 26, 2002. The Forum is jointly sponsored by the World Bank and the Secretariat of the AFDP. With the haste of globalization and the increasing financial inter-dependence, the challenges of promoting financial permanence and achieving sustainable economic growth are appropriate more etched.
